100% — every KISAC piece is hand-carved, hand-sanded, and hand-finished by artisans in Tabaka, Kisii. We do not use machinery, molds, or mass production of any kind.

Most pieces in our collection are available in 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch. Some pieces may have different size options listed — check the product details.
If you need a specific size not listed, simply request it as a custom commission and we'll carve it to your specifications.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund no questions asked.
We stand fully behind every piece we ship. Transit damage is rare but when it happens, we make it right immediately.
Because each piece is hand-carved to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if the piece significantly differs from its description or photos, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
